🍊 Ingredients:
✔️ 4 mandarins
✔️ 80 cl rice cream
✔️ 4 eggs
✔️ 4 tablespoons cane sugar
👨🍳 Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 150°C.
- Mix the rice cream with the eggs and sugar.
- Place the mandarin segments in the bottom of a baking dish.
- Cover the fruit with the mixture.
- Bake for about 15 minutes.
