Pad Thai with Shrimp

🥜 Ingredients:
✔️ 400 g dry rice noodles
✔️ 400 g peeled shrimp
✔️ 200 g bean sprouts
✔️ 4 eggs
✔️ 1 handful of unsalted roasted peanuts
✔️ 2 limes
✔️ 2 cloves of garlic
✔️ 2 shallots
✔️ Pad Thai sauce
✔️ Cilantro
👨🍳 Preparation:
- Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the package.
- Rinse the bean sprouts. Cut the lemons into wedges. Mince the garlic and shallots.
- Drain the noodles.
- Heat the oil in a wok and sauté the garlic and shallots. Add the shrimp, then the noodles and pad Thai sauce. Mix well.
- Scramble the eggs in the wok. Mix well. Add the bean sprouts and a little cilantro.
- Sprinkle with coarsely chopped peanuts. Serve with lime wedges.
