Starter
🍎 Ingredients:
✔️1 broccoli
✔️ 1 teaspoon turmeric
✔️ 1 onion
✔️ 1.4 liters of fat-free chicken broth
👨🍳 Preparation:
- Peel and slice the onion.
- In a saucepan, cook the onion for 5 minutes with a tablespoon of water.
- Pour the chicken stock over the onion and bring to a boil.
- Meanwhile, clean the broccoli, separate the florets, and chop the stems into small pieces.
- Once the broth has come to a boil, add the chopped stems to the saucepan with the turmeric.
- Cover, bring to a boil, and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes.
- Add the florets, cover again, and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Remove the pot from the heat.
- Blend the soup, season with salt and pepper, and serve hot.
