🍌 Ingredients:
✔️ 45 g rolled oats
✔️ 35 g spelt flakes
✔️ 2 eggs
✔️ 2 very ripe bananas
✔️ 100 g skyr or 100 g soy yogurt
✔️ 70 g chopped prunes
✔️ Cinnamon
👨🍳 Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- In a bowl, mix the oat flakes with the spelt flakes. Add the two eggs and the mashed bananas. Stir in the yogurt, prunes, and cinnamon.
- Pour the mixture into a loaf pan.
- Bake for about 30 minutes.
