🍑 Ingredients:
✔️ 5 nectarines
✔️ 250 g flour
✔️ 60 g brown sugar
✔️ 160 g butter
✔️ 1 teaspoon vanilla powder
✔️ Salt
👨🍳 Preparation:
- Prepare the shortcrust pastry by mixing the flour, sugar, and a pinch of salt in a bowl. Add the diced butter. Rub the mixture between your fingers until it resembles breadcrumbs. Gradually add 75 ml of cold water and knead until you have a ball of dough. Wrap the dough in cling film and chill for 30 minutes.
- Wash and pit the nectarines, then cut them into thin slices.
- Preheat the oven to 160°C.
- Roll out the dough into a circle, then place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Arrange the fruit on top, leaving a border around the edge, which will be folded over the filling.
- Sprinkle the tart with vanilla sugar.
- Bake the tart for 40 to 45 minutes.
