Adaptable to your tastes and the seasons, we offer a poke bowl recipe with seasonal vegetables. 🥑 You can also add sesame seeds and lemon juice to season your poke bowl! 🍋

Starter
🍊 Ingredients:
✔️ 50 g uncooked rice
✔️ 1 large handful of spinach shoots
✔️ 1 carrot
✔️ 1 handful of shredded red cabbage
✔️ 1/2 avocado
✔️ 50 g minced salmon
✔️ 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
✔️ 1 tablespoon tamari
✔️ ginger
👨🍳 Preparation:
- Cook the rice.
- Cut the carrot into sticks, dice the avocado, and thinly slice the red cabbage.
- Drain and rinse the cooked rice with cold water. Place the rice in a bowl and season with rice vinegar and grated ginger.
- Assemble your bowl by placing all your ingredients in the bowl.
- Season to taste with tamari sauce.
