✔️ 2 cooked beets
✔️ 15 walnut halves
✔️ 1 clove of garlic
✔️ 1 Greek yogurt
✔️ Pepper
✔️ Salt

- Cut the beets into pieces.
- Crush the walnut kernels.
- Mix the beets, walnuts, yogurt, and garlic in a salad bowl. Season with salt, pepper, and vinegar.
