🌶️ Ingredients:
✔️ 500 g peeled tomatoes
✔️ 300 g red beans
✔️ 1 red bell pepper
✔️ 1 onion
✔️ 1 clove of garlic
✔️ spices: salt, pepper, cumin, paprika
✔️ olive oil
✔️ oregano, coriander
👨🍳 Preparation:
- Chop the onion and garlic. Cut the bell pepper into strips.
- Sauté the onion and garlic in an oiled pan.
- Add the red beans and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the peeled tomatoes. Season to taste. You can add oregano and chopped cilantro.
- Cook for 45 minutes.
- Serve hot with rice as a side dish.
