🥑 Ingredients:
✔️ 2 salmon steaks
✔️ 500 g asparagus
✔️ 2 cloves of garlic
✔️ 1 lemon
✔️ Olive oil
✔️ Honey
✔️ Soy sauce
✔️ Ginger
👨🍳 Preparation:
- Chop the garlic cloves and grate the fresh ginger.
- In a bowl, mix 5 tablespoons of olive oil, 5 tablespoons of soy sauce, and 3 tablespoons of honey. Add the garlic and ginger to finish the marinade.
- Place the salmon in the marinade and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Pour the marinade into a frying pan and caramelize. Set aside.
- Place the asparagus on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 350°F with a few slices of salmon.
- Precook the salmon in the pan.
- Add the salmon to the asparagus at the end of cooking.
- Remove from the oven and pour the marinade over the top.
