🥑 Ingredients:

✔️ 2 salmon steaks

✔️ 500 g asparagus

✔️ 2 cloves of garlic

✔️ 1 lemon

✔️ Olive oil

✔️ Honey

✔️ Soy sauce

✔️ Ginger

👨‍🍳 Preparation:

  1. Chop the garlic cloves and grate the fresh ginger.
  2. In a bowl, mix 5 tablespoons of olive oil, 5 tablespoons of soy sauce, and 3 tablespoons of honey. Add the garlic and ginger to finish the marinade.
  3. Place the salmon in the marinade and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  4. Pour the marinade into a frying pan and caramelize. Set aside.
  5. Place the asparagus on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes at 350°F with a few slices of salmon.
  7. Precook the salmon in the pan.
  8. Add the salmon to the asparagus at the end of cooking.
  9. Remove from the oven and pour the marinade over the top.
