🌶️ Ingredients:

✔️ 500 g peeled tomatoes

✔️ 300 g red beans

✔️ 1 red bell pepper

✔️ 1 onion

✔️ 1 clove of garlic

✔️ spices: salt, pepper, cumin, paprika

✔️ olive oil

✔️ oregano, coriander

👨‍🍳 Preparation:

  1. Chop the onion and garlic. Cut the bell pepper into strips.
  2. Sauté the onion and garlic in an oiled pan.
  3. Add the red beans and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the peeled tomatoes. Season to taste. You can add oregano and chopped cilantro.
  5. Cook for 45 minutes.
  6. Serve hot with rice as a side dish.
