🍎 Ingredients:

✔️4 tablespoons of chia seeds

✔️ 3 passion fruits

✔️ 16.72 fl oz almond milk

✔️ 2 tablespoons agave syrup, honey, or maple syrup

👨‍🍳 Preparation:

  1. Pour 200ml of almond milk into each glass.
  2. Add 2 tablespoons of chia seeds.
  3. Add agave syrup, maple syrup, or honey.
  4. Mix everything together.
  5. Leave to rest in the fridge (this step allows the chia seeds to soak up the milk and give the mixture a pudding-like consistency).
  6. Add the passion fruit on top and enjoy.

✔️ 120 g pineapple

✔️ 4 teaspoons crushed hazelnuts

👨‍🍳 Preparation:

  1. Mix the chia seeds with the milk. Let stand for 2 minutes before mixing.
  2. Place in the refrigerator to cool overnight.
  3. To serve, cut the pineapple into pieces. Add the chopped pineapple and crushed hazelnuts to the pudding.

✔️ 12.5 cl almond milk

✔️ 2 tablespoons chia seeds

✔️ 2 figs

✔️ 25 g granola

✔️ Lemon juice

✔️ Agave syrup

👨‍🍳 Preparation:

  1.  Pour the chia seeds into small glasses, add the almond milk with half a tablespoon of lemon juice and a little agave syrup.
  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  3. The next morning, add granola on top of the glasses.
  4. Cut up some fresh figs and add them on top!
