Since 2018, Leaderlink has been offering a health coaching program for entrepreneurs, executives, and team managers. The Fasting & Management program is our commitment to healthy leaders. Our team of experts offers you a practical answer to the question: how can you manage your health resources to lead/manage effectively and sustainably?

What are the health and well-being benefits of using your service?

The executive embodies the vitality of the company. Symbolically, and contrary to the managerial hypertrophy we have been witnessing for so long in terms of the allocation of external resources to executives (machines, processes, raw materials, financial resources, human resources),

the health of the leader escapes the very notion of a fundamental resource. The concept of health still too often acts as the best means we have found to respect our natural law: evaluating, repairing, optimizing, and above all, preserving (oneself) can become a strategic management focus.

The human sciences applied to business teach us that everything, absolutely everything, is a reflection of the leader/manager. In other words, the latter's inner state permeates every idea, every decision, every word, every action. This gives rise to a fundamental principle: what happens inside each person is reflected outside, and vice versa.

A leader's state of health is expressed through skills that are essential to the functioning and interpersonal abilities of the leader in relation to the company and teams. For example, the leader's ability to think correctly rather than just thinking non-stop. Their ability to maintain a clear vision in a chronic context of information overload (infobesity). Their ability to endure a high frequency of analysis and decision-making; to maintain accurate dialogue with customers and teams; to embody the right level of listening and empathy, in all circumstances, all year round… all these behaviors are rooted in and stem from the leader's overall health. This ecology can be a political axis in the service of a prosperous and sustainable company.
