🥭 Ingredients:

✔️ 2 ripe mangoes

✔️ Juice of one lime

✔️ 100g sugar

✔️ 20cl water

👨‍🍳 Preparation:

  1. Bring the water and sugar to a boil.
  2. Peel and blend the mangoes.
  3. Add the blended mangoes and lime juice to the sugar water.
  4. Place the mixture in an ice cream maker and leave to set.
  5. Place the sorbet in the freezer.
  6. Enjoy.
