About Symbiose

Symbiose kéfir was founded in 2020 by Nicolas Pradignac and Benjamin Abrat. The company offers refreshing organic drinks that are low in sugar, rich in probiotics, and handcrafted with real kefir grains in their workshop in Paris's 19th arrondissement. 

Its mission: to positively change certain eating habits by offering natural, healthy drinks to as many people as possible.

The two founders, who come from the health sector, wanted to offer different drinks by combining artisanal production, great taste, and science. This was made possible thanks to a collaboration with the National Museum of Natural History.

A range of healthy and tasty drinks

The Symbiose range of drinks has one ingredient in common: kefir grains. These grains are packed with probiotics, which play a key role in many bodily functions, such as digestion and the immune system. This ingredient is particularly interesting in light of recent advances in our understanding of how the gut microbiota works and its impact on health.

Symbiose kefir is handcrafted in Paris using real kefir grains and carefully selected natural ingredients. Very low in sugar and free from sweeteners and flavorings, this refreshing, sparkling drink will satisfy curious palates looking for alternatives to soda.

The product range consists of:

• An original drink based on the traditional recipe for water and fruit kefir, accompanied by sliced lemons and dried figs.
• A ginger drink, which provides a balance between floral notes and the spicy character of the finest roots, obtained using a combination of infusion and extraction techniques.
• A mint and lime drink. This product surprises with its natural freshness thanks to the combination of real mint leaves and thin slices of lime.
